A list of real-life events I've participated in multiple positions. I saw it as opportunities to expand networking, deal with people and unexpected situations, challenge myself in being a leader and to gain experience in various areas of the real events.

RMIT GRADUATION CEREMONY

(2016 - 2018)

My role: Auditorium volunteer leader

One of the biggest event of RMIT University Vietnam with nearly 1,000 participants including VIP, Industry guests, parents, students, and volunteers.

Three years working as volunteer team leader of this event, my tasks including managing the auditorium volunteer team, solving problems, dealing with guests and persuading them to follow the event regulations to make sure the event run smoothly without any distraction.

RMIT FOUNDER'S DAY CARNIVAL

(2016 - 2017)

My role: Organizer + Stage Coordinator + MC

This carnival is the occasion for all RMIT staff & families, students, and alumni to "come back home" and commemorate RMIT’s founder, Francis Ormond, who used his wealth to benefit others, especially the establishment of the Working Men’s College, which was now RMIT University.

Being an organizer of the this event for two years, my tasks including coordinating the stage, work with performers to make sure the performance flow is smooth. Plus, being in MC and coordinator position also taught me solving problems and unexpected situations immediately.

THE FIRST (SPORT EVENT)

My role: Project Leader

An event of 4-week outdoor physical activities of FIST Club with around 80 participants.

This is the first event that I am the Project Leader. My task including building general idea of the event, assigning tasks to the executives and volunteer team, collecting results, and managing the project and event flow.

MY FIRST UNIVERSITY PROJECT

My role: Team leader

The project was created to help newbies get on well with new friends and University life.

Working with International student newbies, I gained more experiences in leading skill and cross-cultural team management. My tasks including leading and helping newbies finishing and making the project idea comes true.
